You're the only one in town that even knows what anime is. Sure, you've met people that have seen Sailor Moon or Dragon Ball on TV, or Akira if you're lucky, but you want someone to watch some REAL anime with, that doesn't call it "That Japanese porn sh*t." This is most unfortunate, but... When Used Correctly, Anime is Crack. With the correct titles, strategies and moderation your friends will beg you to give them more. When forced down their throats or presented as something it's not (i.e. "hey, guys! Animated porn! Uh huh huh huh...") your efforts will be counterproductive and give anime a bad name. |
